3. Mobile Application Terms

If you download or use our mobile applications, the following additional terms apply:

3.1 App Store Requirements

Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your use of our apps is subject to the respective store terms:

  • Google Play Store: By downloading our app from Google Play, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
  • Apple App Store: By downloading our app from the App Store, you agree to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store Review Guidelines.

3.2 Age Restrictions

Our mobile applications are intended for users who are 16 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Users under this age must have parental or guardian consent and supervision to use our applications.

COPPA Compliance: Our applications comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent. 3.3 Mobile App Advertising

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
